This is currently out of stock because our bees didn't produce enough honey last year to use in our gin. We're dedicated to protecting our unique local bees and leave enough honey for the hives to feed themselves through winter naturally without supplementing with sugar syrup. hopefully they'll do a bit better this year and we can make more in the autumn.
Westward farm bees have been working hard to make delicious wild flower honey, feeding off some of the botanicals that we use in our other gins. This unique honey is balanced with orange for a sweeter, silky gin that is lovely with a top quality tonic, slice of fresh orange and sprig of thyme.
