Our friends at Trebarvah Farm in Seworgan, Cornwall have been busy picking sloes from their hedgerows for this collaboration. These have been steeping for 9 months in our classic Scilly gin before being sweetened and bottled. This traditional sloe gin is delicious, dark and fruity with a good balance of sweet and sharp. Perfect for drinking neat in front of a cosy fire in the winter, or we love it mixed with bitter lemon or prosecco for a long refreshing drink.
